1 - Select your License Type from the List, enter your License Number (Number Only), Postal Code, and if you are an individual the password is the last four digits of your SSN, otherwise your password was provided with your letter. If your license number is only 3 digits please add a "0" before the license number.
2 - Click Log-in to enter the Online Changes System.
3 - The most efficient way to submit your renewal application and payment of fees is through this ONLINE renewal system.
4 - If you renew via mail, please submit the mailed Renewal Form and the required documentation with payment.
